A Rainbow of Colours for Window Blinds
I recently visited a homemakers’ fair and decided that roman blinds would be just the thing to give our home a facelift. The experts manning the exhibition stand were very knowledgeable and did not mind all my questions. They gave me lots of advice and leaflets, plus the website address of an online supplier. On the homepage I was faced with a choice from all the colours of the rainbow, plus a wide variety of stripes, circles and florals. Even the plain colours have exciting names such as bold plum, fudge brown and red pepper. The names of the prints and patterned fabrics have even more exotic names. Florals include mimosa balls, blueberry cake and sky high. The striped range sounds like a menu from the ice cream parlour with sherbet dip, waffle brownie and cranberry crush. For the more conservative there is shingle beach and down to earth. Just reading through the available colour range for roman blinds makes me feel good.
