When starting a diet, after your initial weight loss, your weight loss will slow way down to 1-2 pounds a week, and those are on lucky weeks. There will be weeks when you do well and don’t lose anything. It’s just the way it goes. :(

Your body will fluctuate from day to day, hour to hour, that’s why they say to only weigh in once a week. You are not really on a plateau in only 3 days. I’ve not seen many people benefit from staying on the cookie diet much longer. Most (not all) people stall because your body needs the nutrition but you will only add in one or two servings of fruit or whole grains a day so you aren’t adding very much in. But your body could use the nutrition of it. To get you out of plateau you can add cold showers to wake up your body’s metabolism.
